In accordance with Fidealis’ general escrow conditions, the release of deposited material follows a strict protocol.
- 1 Online claim form Fill in the form opposite to open the claim file.
- 2 Sending supporting documents Once the form has been validated, you must send your supporting documents by e-mail.
- 3 Registered mail Send a registered letter to FIDEALIS and the PUBLISHER.

The Publisher may grant the beneficiary a non-exclusive right to use the equipment for business continuity purposes only. This procedure does not entail the transfer of intellectual property rights. This form initiates a procedure for the provision of code, in accordance with the terms of the contract and after verification of the elements supplied.
